Charactor sheets
Even though I'll grant that the sheets seem to have been shortened down from the old site, I still think they're far too big. You throw a large sheet at someone and they're going to either get scared of it and put it off forever or just flat out not do it. Most veteran role-players would find that sheet rather frightening (I did anyway), and newer ones I can't imagine being anything but scared away.
In my own opinion, About half the sheet is irrelevant material that can just be thrown out. For example; What use is knowing what car they drive when they're stuck on an island without any chance of it coming up in play? Another one: What use is the entire goals section, considering that upon landing on the island they're not getting off to fulfill them?
In short, about the only thing this kind of character sheet really needs is Name, age, appearance, Designated mutation, maybe only a few hints at personality, and a very brief background. Anything else can be either developed in play (Which is arguably half the fun of an RP) or added at the writer's discretion. Should be alright, especially since Mod's are supposed to Ok sheets before letting them go up.
So making the sheet more of a bare-bones thing would help to not scare off potential members.

Re: Charactor sheets
Can someone ponder drafting up a new sheet, then? That would be awesome.

Re: Charactor sheets
Here it is. Short and simple, yet provides enough flexibility to expand as desired. Key point with it is that's it should only be a guideline, so it's bare essentials.
